Speaking the Truth in Love
The Holy Spirit: Miraculous Gifts (1)
Webster's definition of miracle is an extraordinary event manifesting divine intervention in human affairs. Vine's expository dictionary defines miracle as works of a supernatural origin and character, such as could not be produced by natural agents and means. In this lesson we want to explore the divine supernatural events recorded in the New Testament and why they occurred (Matt. 11:4-6, Acts 2:43).

Tonight you have heard about the wonderful miracles done in the first century to show the power of God. The most important work of the Holy Spirit was to guide the preaching and teaching of the Gospel so all mankind could be saved! What about you? Have you obeyed the teachings that have come from the Holy Spirit? If you have not, you need to immediately. None of us knows what will happen in the next year, month, day, or even the next minute. If we die in our sins we will be lost eternally. But if we repent of our sins and are baptized, our sins are washed away and we can be ready for the judgment day. Are you ready? We hope to see you next time on “Speaking The Truth In Love.”
